Direct bookings are confirmed with 50% of the total amount in advance. The balance payment can be settled at the time of check out.

Our nightly rate is ₹12,000 for Fox's Lookout or Bhalu's Nook, and ₹9,000 for the Flying Squirrel's Den — each including breakfast and dinner for two.

Lunch: Vegetarian home-style lunch: ₹750 per person.
Extra Guest: ₹3,000 per night for an additional guest on a sofa-bed (available in Fox's Lookout and Bhalu's Nook).

We have three bedrooms. Fox's Lookout and Bhalu's Nook each accommodate 2 + 1 guests; the Flying Squirrel's Den accommodates 2 guests. Together, the home sleeps up to eight.

Please note that GST applies to all charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days before arrival: Full deposit refund.
15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% deposit refund.
Fewer than 15 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable.
